WebGL is not available in your browser
Circle One uses WebGL to display interactive 3D content directly in your browser.
Your browser is currently unable to run WebGL correctly. This is usually caused by disabled graphics acceleration, an outdated browser or graphics driver, or a browser extension or system configuration interfering with WebGL.
Please follow the steps below to resolve the issue for Google Chrome / Microsoft Edge (similar process for other browsers).
1. Enable graphics acceleration
WebGL relies on your computer's graphics processor (GPU). Make sure graphics acceleration is enabled in your browser.
- Open
Settingsin the top-right corner - Select
System - Enable
Use graphics accelerationwhen available.
- if it is already enabled, disable it, then enable it again.
- Restart your browser and try again.
2. Update your browser
Using the latest version of your browser can resolve compatibility and graphics-related issues.
- Open
Settingsin the top-right corner - Select
About ChromeorHelp and feedback / About Microsoft Edge - Your browser will automatically check for updates
If an update is available, install it and restart your browser and try again.
3. Update your graphics drivers
WebGL uses your computer's GPU. An outdated or incompatible graphics driver can prevent WebGL from working correctly.
Graphics drivers are updated automatically through Windows Update:
- Click the
Start buttonand go toSettings - Select
Update & Security(Windows 10) orWindows Update(Windows 11) - Click
Check for updates, install any available updates, and restart when prompted and try again
4. Check browser extensions
Some browser extensions, particularly privacy, security, ad-blocking or content-filtering extensions, can interfere with WebGL.
To check whether an extension is causing the problem, try opening this website in a private/incognito window New Incognito Window
If WebGL works in the private window, temporarily disable your browser extensions and try again.
5. Try another browser
If WebGL still does not work, try opening this website with another up-to-date browser.
For example, if you are currently using Chrome, try Microsoft Edge, or vice versa.
If WebGL works in one browser but not another, the issue is likely related to the browser configuration rather than your computer's GPU.
6. Restart your computer
If you have updated your browser or graphics driver, restart your computer before trying again.
A restart can be necessary for graphics driver changes to take effect correctly.
Still not working?
If WebGL is still unavailable after following these steps, your computer, browser or network environment may be preventing WebGL from running.
This can happen on:
- computers with outdated or unsupported graphics hardware;
- computers using remote desktop or virtual machines;
- computers managed by an organization with restricted browser or graphics settings;
- systems where WebGL has been disabled for security or stability reasons;
- systems with multiple GPUs where the browser is using an incompatible GPU.
If you are using a company computer, you may need to contact your IT administrator.
