1. In this tutorial, adjust your modeling and manufacturing settings in Circle One. The editable elements depend on the current step: inner surface in Margin Line, outer surface in Modeling.

2. In Margin Line, click the gear icon to access the inner surface settings.

3. Adjust the retention zone and its width, the cement gap, as well as the minimum thicknesses.

4. You can also modify the compensation diameter, useful if you’ve changed your tool without updating your settings.

5. Each setting is illustrated by a diagram. Feel free to refer to it if you’re unsure about the meaning of a setting.

6. Now move on to the Modeling step.

7. In the same place, you now find the outer surface settings.

8. Circle One automatically adapts the prosthesis to the antagonist and the proximal teeth. Adjust this adaptation, or ignore an element — useful when facing a scan artifact.

9. A positive distance eases the contacts or creates an under-occlusion; a negative distance tightens the contact.

10. Finally, adjust the reinforcement thickness as needed.

11. At any time, the Reset settings button restores the settings to the values defined in your profile.

12. Every adjustment applies in real time on the prosthesis. So you can set your parameters as you model, depending on the specifics of the case. Thank you for watching this Circle One tutorial.
