Can I undo actions during the Design step?

Yes. You can use the undo/redo buttons available in the interface at any time.

Can I adjust the border reinforcement?

Yes. In the Manufacturing Settings during the Design step, you can increase or decrease the border reinforcement thickness.

Can I adjust the contact points while modeling?

Yes. In the Design step, you can adjust contact points using the manipulators and the "Antagonist Contacts" slider (abrasion, deformation, or in between). Minimum occlusal and proximal distances are respected. Contacts are displayed in color in the Colormap panel.

Is the minimum thickness checked? Can I adjust it?

Yes. The minimum thickness for the selected material is maintained throughout design. Circle One alerts you if the prosthesis is not insertable at the chosen minimum thickness, and offers three options: auto-adjust, manual correction, or continue without correction. You can adjust the minimum thickness in the Manufacturing Settings or in "My Design Preferences." Thin areas are visualized in the Colormap panel.

What is One Click Manufacturing?

One Click Manufacturing (OCM) is a lightweight tool you install on your computer. Once installed, it automatically opens your CAM software as soon as production files are downloaded from Circle One - no manual import needed.

Production files are downloaded as a .OCM file
OCM detects the file and automatically opens your configured CAM software
Your design is immediately available in your milling or printing software

‍💡 OCM is optional but strongly recommended for a seamless chairside workflow. Without it, you can still download files as a ZIP and import them manually.

Before you install

CAM software installed on the same PC as OCM → file access works automatically ✅
CAM software on a different PC → OCM cannot open it automatically ❌ (use ZIP export instead)

How to install

Go to oneclickmanufacturing.circle.dental/ and download the OCM installer for your operating system (Windows).

Configure Chrome to open .OCM files automatically

After downloading your first .OCM file in Chrome, click "Always open files of this type" in the download bar.
Or go to Chrome Settings → Downloads and configure .OCM auto-open.

‍⚠️ Don't forget to configure automatic opening of .OCM files in Chrome. Without this step, you must manually double-click each downloaded file.

Using OCM during export

Validate your design in Circle One.
At the Export step, click "OneClick Manufacturing"
The .OCM file downloads and Chrome opens it automatically.
Your CAM software launches with production files pre-loaded.
Start milling or printing directly.
